Ordering
There are a couple of ways you can place an order at the present time. You can email us your order or you can call our toll free phone number (1-877-268-7141) and place the order. At present, our email is not a secure line so you could give us all your order by email and call us with your credit card number.

When calling please have your order ready including the following information: Item number, Size, Color (if any), Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email, Method of Payment (Master Card, Amex, Visa, COD), Card Number, Name on Card, and Expiry Date.

If no sales person answers please leave information and we will get right back to you and confirm your order with a total.

Shipping
Prices are indicated in blue for USA and Red for Canadian prices. If purchased from countries other than Canada, your credit card will show your purchase converted from Canadian dollars to your own currency.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to availability of material. No rain-checks will be issued for out of stock items so order when you see them come up.

All returns require an authorization number before returning to us. Either contact us by email or phone to obtain an authorization number.

Please allow two weeks for personal cheques to clear the banks before shipping. Cheques with a major credit card are treated as a credit card order.
